Management | Contact Us | Partner With BBA

As systems and organizations become larger and more complex, it is critical for those involved in making decisions to receive timely and accurate information, that can be easily updated as market conditions change.

Financial services organizations are often weighed down by manual processes, spreadsheets and disparate legacy systems. Banks on average spend roughly 60% of their IT budgets and resources to maintain legacy IT systems, in time consuming break-fix-maintain efforts while a mere 24% is dedicated to growing the business and only 16% to transform it or catch up to technology advances.

The broader the use of spreadsheets, the greater the chance for errors to be magnified, exposing the organization to significant costly risks. Valuable spreadsheet content can instantly become inaccessible and useless, with staff transition, among many other risks.

Banks, credit unions and insurance firms need a technology partner who understands data modelling, reporting and the relevance of back-end processes.

Using cloud computing technology, BBA transforms our clients internally established data, analytics and reporting from manual and fragmented processes to digitized, automated web-enabled applications and workflows. Our proprietary applications provide more objective, consistent and actionable intelligence setting new standards of performance and service delivery.

What sets us apart is that we understand, we develop and we code the algorithms that power your business and support functions. Our modelling and design approach, Six Sigma and analytics experts empower your teams with refined models, automated processes and services re-architecting. We are not just another web-development shop.

Our solutions are funded by the results of our engagements. We measure our success by your success!
